Goblins - NPCs, Middle La Noscea, Southern Shroud, Western Thanalan
Giants - Western Thanalan, Coerthas
Gigas - Mor Dhona
Ixal - Black Shroud
Qiqirn - NPC only?
Mamool Ja - NPCs, Upper La Noscea
Kobold
Sahagin
Sylph - NPCs, East Shroud
